Working from our Exeter city centre base, across Devon and beyond, Double Elephant Print Workshop offers courses, resources and support to professional printmakers, artists and beginners alike.
We are passionate about printmaking and its possibilities. Our aim is to encourage creativity and artistic development through a friendly and welcoming approach.

A direct way of working on metal or Perspex plate. The process lends itself to lively, expressive mark making, using needles, roulettes, sandpapers and power tools.
Tuesday 4th June until Tuesday 2nd July, 6.30 - 9.00pm.
5 Week Improvers Evening Classes – A fantastic introduction to a range of printmaking techniques. Ideal to kick-start a new interest or revisit rusty skills.
Wednesday 5th June, 6-8pm.
Engine ChatChat is an opportunity for artists to share ideas, ask questions and get feedback within a supportive peer critique framework.

There were weird and wonderful goings on in the Double Elephant Studio this weekend, as DE artists Paula Youens and Jeremy Speck hosted a drop-in day to coincide with Phonicon – Exeter’s Science Fiction and Fantasy Festival!
