Jeremy Speck

Jeremy has been a printmaker for roughly 8 years after a brief career as a Librarian. He specialises in relief printing although he is now trying to move into other techniques. His main inspiration comes from British 20th century art, particularly the work of the St Ives school.

  • Printmaking 10 Week Half Day Course

    Tuesday 17th September until Tuesday 26th November, 9.30am-12.30pm or 1.00 - 4.00pm.

    In these lively and supportive groups participants have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of fine art printmaking and develop individual projects. Suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced artists.

  • Lino Cut Weekend

    Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th October, 10am - 4pm.

    Try out a range of relief print style possibilities from strong simple forms to sophisticated multi layered complexity. Come prepared to experiment with different methods of mark making and approaches to colour.

  • Letterpress Weekend - Text into Image

    Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th November, 10am - 4pm.

    Extra date added by popular demand! Come and play with basic letterpress techniques. In this two-day course you will familiarise yourself with our adana presses and some of the equipment, terms and processes used in this popular form of printmaking.
